Hi πŸ™‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ!

I am an aspiring academic and development practitioner with a keen interest in research areas such as political economy of development, regional economic inequalities, climate change and innovation. I hold an MSc in Local Economic Development from the Department of Geography and Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I completed my master's degree as a fully funded Commonwealth Scholar.Β

I also earned a BSc (Hons) in Social Development and Policy (SDP), with a concentration in Political Economy and Development Studies, from Habib University, Karachi. I graduated in June 2022 with a Chancellor's Medal, ranking at the top of my class. Additionally, I participated in the US Department of State's Study of the United States Institute (SUSI) Program in Comparative Public Policy, held annually at the Donahue Institute, University of Massachusetts (UMass), Amherst.

Currently, I am working as a pre-doctoral Dean's Fellow at Habib University, where I am involved in various research projects, both independently and in collaboration with the SDP faculty. My research primarily focuses on issues of economic development and inclusive growth, with a particular emphasis on the Global South.
